DELIVERIES & SHIPPING
All items listed are presumed to be IN STOCK and available for immediate delivery.
In the event the item is not in stock, each vendor will specify the delivery time for that article in their listing.
Delivery time for Brands from abroad will take a little longer to deliver for Geographic & logistical reasons so please refer to the Brand or Vendor Profile for Shipping Information and allow at least 10 to 14 days for delivery.
In the event your article is not in stock and is on ‘ back order ‘ with their manufacturer or is to be ‘ made to order ‘ the delivery date will be based on the factory production time and is the best estimate by the vendor of when they can despatch your order. The vendor will show an approximate delivery time on their profile and the listing and will keep you informed by email about the scheduled despatch date.
When your order leaves the vendor, the delivery time will depend on the most economical and reliable delivery method that the vendor has used and where the item is being delivered to or from. We suggest using the ROYAL MAIL PARCEL & PARCELFORCE services, being the most reliable and respected in the UK.
We recommend that our UK vendors do not charge for delivery. Some may insist on a Minimum Order Value for FREE DELIVERY.
In the event a vendor wishes to charge for delivery separately the listing will calculate and add the delivery charge to your basket when you checkout your order.
Orders below the minimum order value for free shipping will be calculated to include a shipping charge and must be confirmed or cancelled at the checkout.
Vendors from abroad will coordinate delivery procedures with us at Boutiques and Brands and will also use the most economical method for shipping.
The supplier/vendor is responsible for shipping up to the point of delivery or otherwise completing the transaction with the buyer within 21 days unless there is an exceptional circumstance that prevents this.

Regarding Shipping costs on refunds & exchanges under the consumer contracts regulations 2013 any shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase may be included in your refund if the item is found to be defective. We are unable to offer Free shipping on returns.
